"I brought in my 2006 Dyna Lowrider that I purchased through an internet sale for the free inspection and test ride. I already knew there were some problems as well as some issued I wanted taken care of. Wayne and Mark took excellent care of my bike, told me everything they saw that needed immediate attention as well as installed some aftermarket accessories. "Due to my work schedule, I have found it necessary to use the Sunday service hours for drop-off and pickup. Brian "Ugly" Whitlock is the Service Advisor on duty on Sundays. Brian has been very professional and attentive to my questions and requirements for service, even allowing me to back my trailer into the service garage to unload my bike in a pouring rain. "Jason Ellis did a very professional job conducting the "This is how we do it" maintenance seminar on Saturday, November 14th. Several of his "students" were full of questions, not all related to the topic. But Jason handled them all patiently. He even took us on a tour of the service department when we asked. He was happy to show us tips and techniques to make minor maintenance simpler for us, as well as demonstrating the competence and professionalism of the service department technicians. "I'm a few months into my '09 Road King, but I just wanted to say I had the best experience with Billy in buying first a Sportster (getting my feet back under me) and then trading that on a '09 Road King.
I don't usually find friendly comments when purchasing vehicles, but I have to tell you that Killer Creek really exceeded every expectation I had and then some.
From answering pre-buy questions (monthly payment calculations, models that fit my budget, accessories) to the post-buying treatment (same day or next day service as I needed it), these guys rock.

"I can honestly say that though I have wanted a new Harley for many years, the folks at Killer Creek made the purchase of my new motorcycle something that I will never forget nor regret. My wife and I were greeted at the door with a cheerful hello from a lovely young lady who actually seemed happy that we walked in the door. We were directed to the sales floor where we met Jeff. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. Jeff helped guide us around the sales floor and answered every question that we had about each type of bike and helped us decide on which model best suited our needs.
We decided to buy our UltraClassic then and there. The sales negotiation was smooth and problem free. This is when I got to meet Tom. Tom finalized the paperwork, helping me decide what add-ons I could not live without, and was the first to congratulate me as a new Harley-Davidson owner.
Two days later I scheduled the installation of my LoJack system. Nancy was great, and Nick helped me decide on new grips and highway pegs to be installed at the same time. This is the point where the Killer Creek customer service difference was solidified forever in my mind.
I made the appointment and decided that I was going to drop the bike off at the 8am early drop-off. Very early the next morning my plans changed very unexpectedly. I thought there might be a problem when I called the service department when they opened at 10am. I was absolutely stunned when Nancy said that there was no problem and they allowed me to bring the bike in late and finished the work that very day. There was absolutely no problem. I never felt like I was an inconvenience to anyone. Instead I felt that everyone was eager to help.
The next day, Jeff's first day back, he called to check-up on my wife and I and to make sure that I had scheduled my LoJack installation. He was pleased that it was installed and made sure to let me know that he was always there to help with anything needed.
I cannot say enough about the way I was treated by the people who make up Killer Creek Harley Davidson. My wife and I both work in the service industry and value the efforts of employees who work in customer service. I can honestly say that I will speak highly of Killer Creek to anyone I know looking for a Harley or parts or services, and when my wife decides which bike she cannot live without, we will be looking for Jeff at Killer Creek Harley-Davidson.

"I began searching for my Harley a few years back. My quest took me to many places, and several other Harley specific dealerships. Along the way I ran into an enthused, and ride passionate salesman named Billy. He was working in another town, at another dealer. Even though the dealer left me less than impressed, I'll never forget his attitude and approach: honest, advising and patient. I was later introduced to the Killer Creek family when I stopped in looking, and shopping Harleys. To my surprise I ran into Billy J again. I spent a few more months deciding which bike was right for me. When I had picked just the right one, I went back to him, and the great staff at Killer Creek. He was patient with me, finally I knew he was the best guy for the deal, I walked in, said lets do it, and we hit a homerun with it. I think his desk collection speaks for itself, and his excellence as a bike salesman doesn't need any further commentary from the likes of old Matt to clarify. Not much more can be said for the guy that his customers and staff aren't already aware of. In short, he's awesome! Matt and Clarence in the office are great too. "My wife and I each purchased a 2008 anniversary edition bike. Hers was a Deluxe and mine a Road King Classic. There were some cosmetic issues with mine that were supposed to be taken care of as warrenty issues. There were three issues, two of which were taken care of through Bob in service. The third was a defect in a saddle bag. After review by Harley, they determined that it was not their problem. Bob pushed the issue and they still refused.
Ed Compton got involved and agreed that it was a defect; and knowing that the review boards word is final, he decided to take his own actions. A week later the problem was resolved to my satisfaction! When the bags came in, Bob not only called me, but also sent an e-mail to follow up. This is "REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE". This why we only buy at Killer Creek and get our bikes serviced there as well.
Bob, Ugly and Nancy in service are great. The management cares about its customers and goes above and beyound!
We would never go anywhere else. This was our fifth and sixth bike from them and every time has been a pleasure. "

"On Sept 27, 2008, I purchased a 2004 Road King with skulls and flames paint scheme. I am so very pleased with the motorcycle after a lifetime of buying japanese bikes. What really impressed me was a sales person (Billy Jagel). He helped me with my trade in value of a 2003 Suzuki Volusia 800 unseen going by my word of the condition and accessories, and the entire purchase process. I felt that Billy was outstanding in his customer service and making me feel like somebody special.When I would call him with questions...he provided correct answers. "I started looking to purchase my first Harley in 2003. Because my job took to me to up to 10 different states I was able to visit quite a few different dealerships and compare a lot of prices for the different bikes and service.
After visiting all of the dealerships in metro Atlanta and the surrounding states I was able to Purchase my First Harley, a 2004 1200C Sportster. I got the exact bike at the right price for my budget. Four years later I came back in to upgrade to a 2008 Street Glide, and once again I was able to get the exact bike at a price that fit my budget. "I haven't written before, but feel I should. Since my horrible experience from the old AMF days, I said I would ever buy another Harley. My wife took me to Killer Creek in 2006. The experience was great!!! All the choices, great salespeople, etc. I bought my first new Harley, an 883 Custom the next day. They even gave me a free helmet and gloves, since I had not rode since 1991. I still have them today. Tina then bought her first bike, an 883 Low. My son then bought a Sportster. I envied their easy starting with the new 2007 fuel injection, so I traded for an 07 Superglide Custom. Pat knew someone possibly interested in it a few months later, so I traded AGAIN!! This time on an 08 Road Glide last year. Best bike I've ever owned! A few months ago, Pat, Matt, and the other great people at KCHD gave me a great trade deal on my son's Sportster. I will always be grateful to these people for their kindness. Now, I've purchased another bike from Pat, a Jake & Elwood Blues Custom. I wouldn't consider shopping at another dealer. "I found Killer Creek to be a notch above the rest as mentioned by my fireman friends. I special ordered a 2008 Fat Bob and intended to ride it to Lake George, New York. Which I did thanks to Pat, my salesman, and others at the dealership. This dealership goes full circle with not a bad apple throughout my purchase. Kevin had my accessories ready. Matt with locating the truck with my ride on it. The fellow at the parts desk that give me good info. on what works. The Service Department were all friendly and accommodating. Erica helped me with a windshield. I highly recommend these folks along with the rest of their family. By the way, in two weeks, I put 2600 trouble free enjoyable miles on my Fat Bob. Handles better than average. 50 mpg riding strong. Comfortable. Windblast unusally low. Great Stress Reducer.

"It hit me as I was browsing the website here that I never thanked you guys (online) about my experience. I bought a '99 Wide Glide from Killer Creek in December of last year. I have people coming up to me all the time asking me how much my brand new Harley cost. Dwayne was my sellsman and he was great. He was very polite and let me decide what was right for me. He never tried to pressure me into something that I didn't need or that I didn't want. He gave me the basics and let me go. He didn't even act like he was working on commission. It was one of those "if you buy a bike, great, but if you don't thats ok". I've told everyone about my experience there. The sales manager (can't remember his name) even called me at home to make sure that everything was going great. I bought a new seat along with some other accessories up there a few weeks ago and even the part guy was great. He took his time and talked to me about what would work best for me and my bike. I can't thank you guys enough for making my experience awesome. It does make a difference. I live only 25 minutes from another Harley dealer, and about 1 1/2 hours from you. I make you a priority over them because of the way that I'm treated.

The sales department displays a level of honesty and directness that's rare in today's motorcycle market. They look out for my interests and offers perspective and opinion that allows me to make informed decisions.
Erica parts) have always taken great care of my parts needs. In one particular situation, I purchased a kit containing multiple parts to find that a component was missing from the box. Erica located then overnighted the missing part to me to complete the kit. Her actions prevented me from having to delay a cross country motorcycle trip.
Bob (service) never cease to exceed my expectations. From advice and information over the phone, to having my service work performed, I've always been well taken care of.
Carra (motorclothes) is always wonderful and takes a great deal of time to help me out. She's even spent hours with my wife, who is new to motorcycling, helping her with helmets, rain gear, boots, etc (and occasional gifts for me.)
Kevin (chrome consultant) is a wealth of knowledge on Factory HD and aftermarket parts and accessories; ranging from performance engine parts to decorative and functional accessories.
Mac, Ed, and Matt (sales/finance management) have always made me feel comfortable throughout the buying process. These guys do a great job in providing several options to meet my needs.

"I would like to comment on the excellent service that I had when I went in to buy chaps. Janie M. saw me looking and came over and asked if I needed assistance. I explained to her that I knew nothing about chaps but I liked their looks and I wanted to buy a pair. She was fantastic.

Staff was cordial, courteous and helpful (parts dept, bike sales staff, motorclothes dept)from the time we got there to the time we walked out with bags of items in our hands. If we could not find it, upstairs or to the computer they went, trying to help their customer -- awesome. I know of a number of HD dealerships that could learn from the staff at your dealership. "I brought my Electraglide Classic to the Killer Creek Service Department late Saturday afternoon...I was scheduled to leave for Sturgis Monday (two days later). One of the Tour Pak latches had broken.
This seems small but taking the bike to Sturgis with a broken Tour Pak latch would have been troublesome.
The service department was busy due to Sturgis riders getting bikes ready to go. They worked me in where someone had canceled an appointment and got me back on the road in less than one hour.
Thanks to a customer oriented service team...even late on Saturday afternoon. Thanks Guys !!!
