     At Killer Creek Harley-Davidson, our reputation is our guarantee! Our Phd factory-trained technicans are the best in the industry for servicing your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. We understand that your time is valuable and that's why we offer nine full-service bays each with two lifts, a full detail bay, a dynometer, and a full-service machine shop including boring bar, honing machine, hydraulic press, bead blaster, a milling machine and a full line of specialty tools. In addition to our large shop, we have a 6700 square foot indoor storage area to ensure your motorcycle stays indoors, safe and dry when not on a technician’s lift. Our technicians are factory-trained and are continually upgrading their knowledge through factory-sponsored education programs as new products and technology develop. Saturday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday - 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Open early for drop offs Tuesday-Friday at 7:30am


The Killer Creek H-D Quality Control Process:

     Your Service Staff at Killer Creek Harley-Davidson wants to be sure that your motorcycle is always ready to ride. We have developed a quality control process to ensure that when your motorcycle is serviced it is done and done right, so you're always ready to ride.
     - The quality control process begins at the Service Counter. Your service writers will perform a thorough walk around inspection of your motorcycle, bringing to your attention any blemishes, tire/brake condition, and oil leaks that you may not be aware of. He/she will then discuss your options and note if you would like suggested maintenance or repairs performed.
     - Upon dispatch, your service writer will meet with the servicing technician to discuss any concerns that may have been brought to your attention. The technician will review the work order to ensure there is clear understanding of the maintenance or repair desired by you, our customer.
     - If at any time our technicians find an item that needs to be addressed, he will meet with your service writer for customer contact to authorize or decline such service. Once work has been completed, the technician will perform a test ride to ensure your motorcycle performs as designed.
     - After returning from the test ride, the technician will again review the work order for completeness and make notes of what was performed.
     - Your motorcycle will then receive another walk around by our Shop Foreman or one of our Master Level technicians ensuring that all items were addressed. Once the second inspection has been completed, the inspecting technician will sign off on the job as complete. The work order will then go to our Service Manager for review. Once approved, your motorcycle goes on to your service writer for the final inspection. It is at this time a Service Writer will contact you to let you know that you again, are ready to ride!
     We take pride in providing quality workmanship and good customer service. Please let us know if you ever find our efforts insufficient, but also when you find that we’ve surpassed your expectations.

$1 per mile outside of 41 miles
Negotiated over 70 miles
Mileage is calculated by Google maps

Spend at least $1000 after discount before tax on one repair order in service and pickup/delivery charge is waived if under 70 miles.

Prepaid maintenance customers within 50 miles coming in for their prepaid services get delivery charge waived.

$0.50 per minute wait time if owner is not home or available or if bike is not accessible to driver.
