The VIBE Rewards Program is sponsored by Killer Creek Harley-Davidson and is our way of rewarding you, our loyal customers, for making Killer Creek Harley-Davidson your first choice in motorcycles, parts, service and apparel.
When you purchase merchandise at Killer Creek Harley-Davidson, you earn VIBE Reward Points. These points earn you free VIBE Certificates so that you can choose the exact merchandise you like: MotorClothes® Merchandise, Parts, Accessories, and even Service!
Here's how it works: The VIBE Rewards Program is available to any retail customer for a nominal one-time fee of $6.95 and is given at no cost to all Killer Creek Harley Owners Group members and any customer who purchases a new or used motorcycle from us. See an associate to join today. Participants must agree to all the program’s terms and conditions.
You will start earning points with your very first purchase. Identify yourself as a VIBE’r (i.e. a VIBE Program Member) each time you make an eligible purchase at Killer Creek Harley-Davidson. When you do, we will credit your VIBE account with 1 point for every $1 you spend, excluding taxes. The more points you accumulate, the larger the free VIBE Certificate you earn! There are no cards or ID numbers that you have to keep up with. Please allow 24-48 hours for points to be posted to your VIBE account.

How do I follow my VIBE Points?
You can access your account by following the instructions below. To set up your account, you will need to type in your email address. This will prompt you to set up a private User ID and Password. If you do not have an email address, our employees can access the site for you at the dealership. Points will expire each one year at the member’s anniversary date.
How do I use my VIBE Certificate?
You can print your VIBE Certificates at home. The certificates are redeemable for MotorClothes® Merchandise, Parts, Accessories and Service only. They cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase gift certificates. Once a VIBE Certificate is printed, it must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of the date printed on the coupon. Lost, destroyed or stolen VIBE Certificates will not be replaced.
Rules and Restrictions:
• The VIBE Rewards Program is only valid for eligible purchases made at Killer Creek Harley-Davidson.
• Each person has his/her own VIBE account. Points can only be used by the original purchaser or member of his/her immediate household. Picture ID may be required.
• VIBE Reward Points cannot be issued retroactively.
• Rewards earned under the VIBE Reward Program cannot be redeemed for cash or toward the purchase of a motorcycle. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.
• Ineligible purchases toward a free VIBE Certificate include but are not limited to Service Labor, Motorcycles, Extended Warranties, Pre-Paid Maintenance, Insurance, Wrecks, Warranty Jobs and Gift Cards.
• If a return is made, points will be deducted from the VIBE account equivalent to the value of the return.
• A VIBE’r will receive 500 VIBE Points with the purchase a new motorcycle or 300 points with the purchase of any used motorcycle from Killer Creek Harley-Davidson.
• A member’s VIBE Rewards Points will expire at midnight on his/her one year anniversary each year and start over with a balance of “0” point balance.
• Killer Creek Harley-Davidson reserves the right to discontinue the VIBE Rewards Program privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the VIBE Rewards Program.
• Killer Creek Harley-Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without obligation or notification.
• Employees of Killer Creek Harley-Davidson, its suppliers and immediate families of each are not eligible or the VIBE Rewards Program.
• If there is no activity on the account in one year, the account will be de-activated and closed.
